Internship Opportunities

Current college students have the opportunity to intern in Washington, D.C. during the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Internships are merit-based, with a heavy emphasis placed on grade point average and extracurricular activities. This is a great opportunity for any college student to gain college credit (if available at your current institution) and learn about the legislative process.

The internship will run from September 2014 until the end of December. To apply, please complete the internship application found at, http://lucas.house.gov/internshipform, and email two letters of recommendation to rainey.sewell@mail.house.gov. If you have further questions, please contact Rainey Sewell in my Washington D.C. office at (202) 225-5565.
