Each spring, Members of the U.S. House of Representatives encourage  high school students across the nation to participate in the Congressional Art Competition: Artistic Discovery.

The Artistic Discovery is open to all high school students in Oklahoma's Fifth Congressional District. The winning piece from our district's competition will be displayed for one year in the United States Capitol Building along with other winners from all 50 states.
