Congressman Barber's office was able to assist a disabled veteran receive a home loan modification after she was denied by her servicer for financial relief for nearly two years. Another constituent was facing possible foreclosure, despite having made mortgage payments. After our constituent service representatives made inquiries, the issue was resolved and her credit rating was restored. Another Southern Arizona family was behind on their payments and had been denied a mortgage modification four times. After they contacted Congressman Barber, the office helped the family successfully complete the modification and lower payments on their home.
