I sent you an email with my thoughts on an issue. How long will it be until I can expect a response?

As you might imagine, I receive a large volume of mail and email. I do my very best to respond to each letter I receive as quickly as possible, but it can take several weeks to receive a response.  Thank you in advance for your patience.
