Launching the "Women in Leadership" Series

Sep 15, 2014 Issues: Conservative Values

Being raised by an incredibly strong and hardworking mother, I have an immense respect for the contributions of women to our society at all levels.   Today, I was excited to host the first in a series of “Women in Leadership” discussions in North Charleston.  We welcomed former CEO of Hewlett-Packard Carly Fiorina to share her valuable perspective at the event.

The “Women in Leadership” discussion series is robust conversation on the successes of and the obstacles faced by women in all walks of life, including business, non-profit, military, family and faith-based endeavors.

Dedicated to my amazing mother, Frances Scott, the event brought together women from our communities to discuss a commen theme--

Thank you to all who came out and made it possible today!
