Directions to Senator Pryor's Office

Located at the intersection of Constitution Avenue and 1st Street, SE, the Dirksen Senate Building is located caddy-corner to the U.S. Capitol to the Southeast. We are in room 255.

By Metro:

Take the red line to Union Station. Use the Massachusetts Avenue exit to leave the metro. Exit the front of Union Station and you will be heading south in the direction of the Capitol Building. Walk 2 blocks up the hill south on 1st Street and you will be between the Russell and Dirksen Senate Buildings. Continue to Constitution Avenue and at the corner of 1st Street and Constitution Avenue is the main entrance to the building. Walk through the metal detector and take the elevator to the second floor. Exit the elevator and go to your left. Senator Pryor’s office is located in room 255 down the hall.

By Taxi:

Ride to the corner of 1st Street and Constitution Avenue at the Dirksen Senate Office Building. Come in the entrance at the corner of the building. Go through the metal detector and then take the elevator to the second floor. Exit the elevator and go to your left. Senator Pryor’s office is located in room 255 down the hall.

Driving:

There is little to no parking on Capitol Hill during the week and if you do find a place it will be for only 1-2 hours. Your best bet is to go to the parking garage at Union Station and pay for hourly or daily parking. The parking garage is located in the rear of Union Station. Drive as if you were circling around the front of Union Station and at the East side you will see a ramp that runs up into the garage.

Handicap Accessible Entrance:

If you need a handicap accessible entrance, please come to the corner of 1st NE and C Street entrance of the building. One block North of the Constitution Avenue entrance. Enter the building and take the elevator at the corner to the second floor and go to your left. Go all the way down the hall and at the corner go to the left down another hall until you reach room 255.
