Meeting Request

Senator Hagan looks forward to meeting with her constituents in Washington, DC and North Carolina. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we require that they be submitted in writing via our webform. Please do not fax them to us. This form can be used to seek a meeting with the Senator or staff in Washington, North Carolina, or request the Senator's attendance at an event.

We regret that we cannot always provide a meeting with Senator Hagan, but we do our best to offer constituents the chance to meet with her staff on issues that are important to them when the Senator is not available. If you are visiting Washington, we invite you to drop into our office for Carolina Coffee on Wednesday mornings between 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. The Senator also makes regular appearances in North Carolina, and we encourage you to visit our website to see when the next Conversations with Kay will be held near you.
