Mark Udall discussed his legislation to fix the U.S. Supreme Court's misguided decision to allow some employers to refuse to cover contraception as part of employees' health insurance policies. Udall's Protect Women's Health from Corporate Interference Act would restore Americans' freedom to make their own health care decisions without corporate intrusion and ensure women have access to affordable and common-sense preventive health services, including birth control.
