The James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act that President Obama signed into law in January of 2011 provides health care monitoring and treatment for those exposed to toxins released at Ground Zero, and reopens the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund to provide economic assistance for those harmed by the attacks.
