Senator Debbie Stabenow, Chairwoman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, will convene a Committee hearing on Thursday, June 12 at 10:00 a.m. in room 328A of the Russell Senate Office Building.The hearing, A National Priority: The Importance of Child Nutrition Programs to our Nation’s Health, Economy and National Security, will examine how child nutrition programs can help to address some of the biggest challenges facing the nation including national security, economic vitality and the health of children and families.
