Today, Dr. Dan Benishek (MI-01) praised the passage of H.R. 647, the “Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act.” The ABLE Act will provide tax incentives to families with severely disabled children to encourage them to save for their child’s long-term expenses.
We can agree that our current immigration system is broken, but a move to grant amnesty to certain individuals before others, without securing our borders or seeking the consent of Congress and the American people is not the solution.
