AT&T reported wireline revenues of $14.9 billion, down 0.5 percent year-over-year, but up 0.7 percent sequentially due to strong consumer and strategic business services growth. Once again, consumer services was the star performer in AT&T's Q4 2012 wireline results, rising 3 percent over the same period a year ago.
AT&T said Thursday that it surpassed 8 million total U-verse subscribers during the fourth quarter, as it gained 192,000 U-verse TV and 609,000 high-speed Internet customers.
