To make a request for a flag to be flown over the U.S. Capitol, please complete and mail in the Flag Order Form available below. Please also submit the necessary payment by personal or business check made out to the Keeper of the Stationery. NOTE: You must submit payment by form of check with your request before your order can be processed.
