The 15th Congressional District of New York is home to 639,873 residents according to the 2010 Census Figures. Hispanics are the largest ethnic group in the district, making up 46 percent of the population. 21 percent of the district are Caucasian, 26 percent are African-American, 4 percent are Asian and 2 percent are some other race.
