Terry Outraged by Attacks on Americans in Libya PDF Print

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Lee Terry (R-NE) today released the following statement:

“My thoughts and prayers go out to the families of our countrymen who were killed during a horrific attack on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya.  This is a grim reminder that our freedoms remain under siege by those who relish violence over free expression.  Tragically, four Americans lost their lives on the anniversary of the worst terrorist attack in our nation’s history.  This is inexcusable and Americans need to know that we will not stand for such actions.  We as a nation must remain vigilant in defense of our liberties and American lives both home and abroad.”
