LATHAM SEEKS TRIBUTES FROM IOWANS TO CONGRESSMAN BOSWELL

Iowa Congressman Tom Latham will lead a special order tribute to Congressman Leonard Boswell next week on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, and he is asking Iowans to participate. Congressman Latham released the following statement regarding the tribute.
“On Thursday, December 13, 2012, I will be leading a special order tribute to Congressman Leonard Boswell on the House floor. This will be an opportunity for Congressman Boswell’s colleagues to honor and recognize his service to the people of Iowa in the U.S. Congress.
“I invite any Iowan to have their thoughts, tributes, stories and letters included in this tribute to Congressman Boswell by submitting them to my office. I will submit them into the official Congressional Record on their behalf recognizing Congressman Boswell’s service to Iowa.”
Because of the delay typically associated with receiving hardcopy mail, Latham is asking that Iowans wishing to submit their tributes email them between now and December 13 to Boswell.Tribute@mail.house.gov.
