WASHINGTON, DC— Congressman Mel Watt (12th District of North Carolina) announces that he will hold a town hall meeting with Veterans at the VFW NC Post 2087 at 2605 S. Elm Eugene St., Greensboro, NC 27406 on Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 11am – 12:30 pm. Congressman Watt said: “Serving Veterans and trying to address their concerns are vital parts of the work I do in Congress and the constituent services my staff and I provide. There are a number of important issues that Congress has been dealing with that directly affect Veterans. The town hall meeting will provide an opportunity for me to discuss those issues and how we are trying to address them. It will also give me an opportunity to hear their views and understand better the unique problems they are facing. I look forward to the town hall meeting.” ### |
