Flag Requests My office has United States flags, of a variety of sizes and materials, available for purchase at cost. For an additional fee, flags may be flown over the United States Capitol to honor an individual or commemorate a special occasion. A certificate of authenticity will confirm the date the flag was flown. If you would like to purchase a United States flag you may print a flag request form by clicking here. Once you have filled out the flag request form, you can mail to my DC Office:
