As the only New England Member on the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, Congressman Tierney, serving his 8th term, is focused on improving our children's education at all levels and strengthening the rights and protections of our nation's workforce.
This year, the Committee on Education and the Workforce is expected to update an array of national education and labor laws. During that process, Congressman Tierney will work to carefully craft policies that reflect the concerns of students who are worried about financing a college education and those families who are wondering if their retirement will be there for them when they need it.
