Q. When is my Financial Disclosure Statement due?

A. For Members and senior staff, forms are due annually on May 15. For information regarding the due dates for new Members and senior staff, see the Committee’s Instructions for Completing Financial Disclosure Statement Form A, at pp. 1-2. For candidates, see the Committee’s Instructions for Completing Financial Disclosure Statement Form B at pp. 1-2.

Q. Can I get an extension?

A. Generally, yes. Such requests must be made in writing and must be received by the   Committee prior to when the Financial Disclosure Statement is due. For complete information, see the Committee's Instructions for Completing Financial Disclosure Statement Form A, at p. 3, or Form B. at p. 3.

Q. Will the Committee review, or "pre-screen" my Financial Disclosure Statement   before I file to make sure I have filled it out correctly?
