  10. Speaking of spending we can't afford, I just voted for reinstating the pay freeze for Members of Congress & federal employees

  11. What’s wrong with the Senate/Biden plan? It doesn’t cut spending. In fact, it adds more to the deficit. Really.

  12. Headed back to meet with fellow GOP House members. Earlier today many of us expressed disappointment with the plan passed by the Senate.

  13. A true reminder of why we’re here today. $16 trillion in national debt. What are we doing to stop THIS fiscal crisis?
