Small Business Administration Information & Requirements
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) maintains and strengthens the nation's economy by aiding, counseling, assisting and protecting the interests of small businesses and by helping families and businesses recover from national disasters. If you are having a problem with the SBA, please contact my office.
Requirements
If you are experiencing a federal government agency, please complete, print, and sign the Privacy Act waiver (available at Step Two). You may fax or mail the completed form with any supporting documentation to my office location that serves your area.
