Dear Congressman Turner: I am writing to ask that you OPPOSE S. J. Res. 15. Introduced by Congressman José Serrano (D-New York), it gets rid of term limits for the office of the President of the United States. That could give President Obama a possible third term in the 2016 Elections, which scares me. I am also scared that it could override the process granted to the states thanks to the 22nd Amendment to the United States Constitution of whether to grant an additional term to the office of the President. The states, not a lone Congressman, should have the final say on whether term limits for the Presidency should be abolished. Again, I am asking you to OPPOSE S. J. Res. 15. Our President should never be allowed to circumvent the United States Constitution.

Why is it that when I try to email you on your official website (regardless of what zip code I used, because I tried all that fall inside your district) your official website responds with "that zip code falls in another district"?

  7. Today, I delivered remarks in the House chamber to honor my Ohio colleagues who will be leaving the House following the end of this Congress. Again, thank you for your selfless service and dedication to Ohio and our country.
  8. This is welcomed news for Dayton as we continue to see growth throughout the Miami Valley region.
Dayton ranks third in high-tech job growth

The area saw a 24.2 percent increase in the number of high-tech jobs created from 2010 to 2011.

The news for Ohio overall isn't that good though. See why: http://bit.ly/Xw8YWc
