Washington, DC -- Congressman Eliot Engel (D-NY-17) asked Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson about several issues important to residents in New York including questions on the safety of fracking and the state of natural gas development, how the federal government can aid in upgrading New York’s aging sewer and water systems, and how the EPA can aid in removing PCBs from New York City schools.

Rep.
