HOW TO ORDER A FLAG

Residents of the Second Congressional District of Pennsylvania may request to have a U.S. flag flown over the Capitol in honor of a particular person, event, or organization on a specific date. It’s a great way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and all other special events. A certificate of recognition is included with each flag. There is no limit on the number of flags you may order.
