Representative Scott Rigell (VA-2) spoke with Fox News personality Neil Cavuto about Warren Buffett's offer to match voluntary Republican contributions toward the debt. Rigell has already given back more than $23,000 of his congressional salary and will give another $26,000 back this year. Rigell wrote a letter to Buffett pointing this out, and included his pay stub for documentation purposes.
