The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) offers several internship and fellowship programs for Hispanic college students and recent graduates.

The Congressional Internship Program provides college students with placement in a Congressional office in Washington DC during the summer.
The application deadline is January 31, 2007 for summer 2007.

The Public Policy Fellowship Program provides college graduates with hands-on public policy experience in a Congressional office, federal agency, nonprofit organization or corporate setting in Washington DC from September to May.
The application deadline is March 1, 2007 for fall 2007.

The HOGAR (Hispanic Ownership, a Growing American Reality) Fellowship is a graduate fellowship program that aims at increasing the number of Hispanics in the housing and financial fields.
The application deadline is December 1, 2006 for 2007.
