9-12-2012 - Pence Condemns Attack That Took The Lives Of The U.S. Ambassador and Three Others PDF Print

Washington, D.C.—U.S. Congressman Mike Pence, a member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, issued the following statement today on the killing of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and others in Libya:

“The attack in Benghazi that took the lives of four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, is an assault on America and freedom and I condemn this despicable act of violence in the strongest possible terms. Ambassador Stevens and his colleagues dedicated their lives to representing the United States and advancing American ideals in the world and we will always remember and honor their careers even as we pray for their families in this time of loss."
