Using this form is the quickest way for you to communicate with my office electronically.
Note:
- Because of the large volume of mail I receive every day, I can only respond to my constituents from Michigan, which is why I require your postal address in all e-mails sent to my office.
- For security reasons, my office does not accept attachments in e-mails. Anything attached to e-mail messages is deleted before it reaches my office. This is to protect the U.S. Senate servers from viruses.
- Even though we request your postal address, you will receive your response via e-mail.
- You should always include your full postal address at the very top of your message to be sure it gets processed right away.
