Help With a Federal Agency

If you have an issue concerning a federal agency, my staff may be of assistance to you. While we cannot direct an agency to decide a matter in your favor, we can assist by bringing your case to the attention of the proper officials, helping you navigate through the process and ensuring that your case receives full consideration.

If you need assistance and would like to file a case with our office, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, we need written authorization from you on record.  Therefore, please submit a Privacy Act Release (PAR) form, a letter detailing the nature of your issue, and copies of any pertinent documentation to my district office at the following address:

Congressman Dan Lungren
2339 Gold Meadow Way, Suite 220
Gold River, CA 95670

Upon receipt of your correspondence, my staff will initiate an inquiry to the agency on your behalf and will be in touch with you.
