Except he's still the Doctor. And having him complain about it just alienated fans from Matt SMith and went against Change, the thing that has kept Doctor Who interesting and fresh.

Anyways, YES, I am aware 'REGENERATION ISN'T DYING', I was just indirectly [because I don't remember exactly what he said] quoting what the 10th Doctor said. You know, about the having another man walk off who's the same, but also someone else. I never said I agreed with him saying it, but it is kind of depressing, really.

I wouldn't worry about this turning out to be a love-story. Doctor is an asexual character after all. And all that stuff with Rose never happened, that was just RTD (not saying he's a bad writer, but the Rose+Doctor thing was just stupid and bad).
