It is not unconstitutional that is a lie - it has been conducted since 1850 providing 160 years for the supreme court to declare it as such. It is clearly very constitutional.
Fact:These data are used for responsible governance, as well as business as you can see by searching "target and ACS" on google or utube (they posted a video)!

Contrary to Rep. Webster's assertion, the U.S.Census was mandated by Article 1, Sec. 2 of the U.S. Constitution. Information collected by Census and ACS surveys is CONFIDENTIAL and does not compromise anyone's privacy! The ACS provides valuable data to researchers, elected representatives, and to organizations that make it possible to identify and plan to meet critical needs in local communities (like education).

3:15 I don't know what Rep. Webster is holding up there, but it isn't the ACS questionnaire. I have a copy in front of me, and it's about the size of a small comic book, if that. There's full versions of the questionnaire up on the Census website, if anyone wants to look at it.

Rep. Webster also supports the extension of transportation funding "to provide our transportation planners and construction workers with long term certainty". One of the most important sources of data for transportation planning is the American Community Survey, including the questions about commuting that he derides here.
