Congresswoman Linda Sánchez is a co-sponsor of the bipartisan Marketplace Equity Act (H.R. 3179), which would level the playing field for local retailers. By requiring online retailers to collect state and local governments sales taxes, small local retailers won't be put at a competitive disadvantage.
