    The policies are exactly the same and been been far more abused in the last 100 years. This is nothing. Solyndra is freaking people out and not mentioning that the purse strings are approved by congress. Presidents "administrations" requests it and must be approved or denied the funds. Do you not know this? Do you think that it is fair to put blame solely on to the president when he had no final say. He requested it okay. Who approved and allowed it to be spent? Congress. Prosecute them
