Inherently, being armed with a video camera while the red button blinks indicating "live recording", and poised at face-level at someone is, in and of itself, questionable, at the very least, it implies interrogation or "for the record". Is it harassment? I dunno. I would imagine at least having the persmission to do so, a release form or a verbal okay beforehand would be appropriate. This student is a jackass. A different student wrote that poem and that student is free to say what he feels and it is good to have a range of views and opinions in a school newspaper. O'Brien was argumentative and pushed these professors in a way that was out of line.
