Recognizing Major William Collins
Leader Nancy Pelosi administered the oath of office to Major William Collins as he was recommissioned to the United States Marine Corps after 16 years of previous service. Major Collins served in the office of then-Speaker Pelosi from 2009-2011 through the House of Representatives Wounded Warrior Fellowship Program, an initiative created under Speaker Pelosi’s leadership to promote the re-employment of veterans of our armed forces.
