Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the Jobs Originated through Launching Travel ("JOLT") Act —which would reform outdated visa laws to cut through red tape that has caused a lag in foreign travel to the U.S. The bill incorporates bipartisan legislation that Senators Mikulski and Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) introduced earlier this year, the Visa Waiver Program Enhanced Security and Reform Act.
