Flag Requests

As a constituent of the Fourth District of Texas you may have an American flag flown over the U.S. Capitol. Many people choose to have a flag flown over the Capitol in honor of someone, or  to commemorate a birthday, anniversary, or special event.  

Because of the volume of requests, our office cannot provide these flags free of charge. Below is a list of current flag prices (subject to change).  Please note that postage is included in the prices of the flags at $3.95 per flag.  

If you would like to submit a flag request, please use the Flag Request Form to submit your request electronically to my Washington D.C. office. After submitting the flag request online, please print out the request form to mail to my Washington D.C. office, along with a check for the price of your flag(s), made payable to "Ralph Hall's Office Supply Account."
