About the District

The name "Utah" comes from a Ute Native American word meaning "home on mountain top."  Utah's Second District is home to five National Parks, world-class skiing and snowboarding, river-running, hiking, and scenic red rock vistas.  The District encompasses sixteen counties and extends from Salt Lake City in the North to St. George in the South. You can verify your congressional district at the House of Representatives' website using your zip code.
