Rep. Pascrell and Dr. Rose announce stimulus grant for Passaic County Community College
U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-8) and Dr. Steven Rose, president of Passaic County Community College, announced a $4.5 million Recovery Act grant for the purposes of creating jobs in the heath care field. The grant, the only one of its kind awarded in New Jersey and one of the largest awarded in the nation, will provided education and training for 1,150 unemployed people or entrée-level employees.
