Rep. Pascrell walked with officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) through areas of Little Falls that had been flooded by the March nor'easter. The congressman was a part of the effort to give flood victims the information they needed to register for federal aid.
