11.6.2009 - Belmont Avenue apartments groundbreaking

    U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-8), far left, joined state and city officials in Paterson on Nov. 6, 2009 at the groundbreaking of the Belmont Avenue Senior Apartments. The nearly $25 million project will provide 85 units of affordable housing for senior citizens.
