Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-FL), who will become the Chairman of the Florida delegation in the U.S. House of Representatives, will be sworn into the new Congress on Wednesday afternoon, January 5^th, by Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH).Stearns then will join Speaker Boehner for an individual swearing-in ceremony.  A photo opportunity of this individual event will be available at approximately 6:45 PM (please plan to arrive earlier) in H-207, the Rayburn Room in the U.S. Capitol. 

The ceremony is open to Capitol Hill media.  However, the appropriate media gallery must credential any media interested in the ceremony.
