WESTFIELD, NJ – Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) today visited Union County Vocational-Technical Schools to address a government class, tour the facilities and congratulate Union County Vocational-Technical High School on being named a National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. 

Lance addressed a student assembly honoring Union County Vocational-Technical High School for their national honor.  Additionally, the Seventh District lawmaker discussed legislation with the Academy for Allied Health Sciences students and later toured the new Academy for Performing Arts.  With a Union County Magnet High School Advanced Placement Government Class, Lance discussed his job as a lawmaker, issues before the Congress and answered student questions.
