WESTFIELD, NJ — Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-7) today announced he will hold a town hall meeting on Thursday, June 9 in Westfield.

The meeting is part of a series of town hall meetings that the Seventh Congressional District lawmaker regularly holds to listen to constituents.  This year, Lance has held 11 town hall meetings in the towns of Bedminster, Bound Brook, Branchburg, Cranford, Edison, Hillsborough, Holland, New Providence, Readington, Scotch Plains and Warren.

During the town hall meeting Congressman Lance will discuss the important issues facing Congress and the American people.  Lance will take questions and share his views on the issues like the economy, health care, federal spending and the rising federal debt.

Additionally, members of Lance’s staff will be available to assist residents who are experiencing difficulties with federal agencies, such as the IRS, Social Security Administration, Veterans’ Affairs, the State Department or any other federal agency.
