WESTFIELD — Rep. Leonard Lance (NJ-07) announced that his Westfield congressional office will be holding a special food drive through Nov. 23. All food items collected will be donated to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.

Residents may drop off non-perishable food items, such as pasta, pasta sauce, cereal, rice, beans (bags or cans), family size bottles of juice, sugar, tuna, canned soups, pasta sauce, canned vegetables (carrots, green beans, sweet peas), canned fruit, cookies.

Donated food can be dropped off at Congressman Lance’s office at 425 North Ave. East. Residents with questions should call Lance’s congressional office at 908-518-7733.

Later this month, Lance will deliver the collections to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and then afterwards he will take a tour of the facility and meet with employees.
