CLINTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Congressman Leonard Leonard released the following statement in response to the shooting of U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and others in Tuscon, Arizona.

"I am shocked and saddened to hear of the senseless shooting of my colleague Representative Gabrielle Giffords, her staff and others," Lance said.  "This is a horrific tragedy.  Violence has no place in our society.  My wife Heidi and I pray for all of those who have died or been injured in Tuscon today."
