Washington, D.C. — Congressman Tim Murphy (PA-18) today expressed his condolences to the families of those involved in the Aurora, Colorado theater shooting, where twelve people were killed and 55 others injured during a  screening of the new Batman film.

“I am deeply saddened by the horrific events that transpired early this morning,” said Congressman Tim Murphy. “As we continue our prayers for the health and safety of all involved, we trust swift justice will be met for those responsible for this senseless massacre. May God Bless the victims and their families during this difficult time.”
