CONGRESSWOMAN EDDIE BERNICE JOHNSON URGES FAITH LEADERS TO PARTICIPATE IN WHITE HOUSE CONFERENCE CALL THURSDAY
03/31/09Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson today urged faith leaders and other residents of the 30th Congressional District of Texas to participate in a conference call with Joshua DuBois, Executive Director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. Paul Monteiro, the Deputy Director, will also participate in the call. The Outreach Taskforce of the Congressional Black Caucus organized the call, and it will be led by Congressman Elijah Cummings, Chair of the Outreach Taskforce.
