CONGRESSWOMAN EDDIE BERNICE JOHNSON HOSTED A SUCCESSFUL TELEPHONE TOWNHALL MEETING THURSDAY NIGHT

Washington, DC – (Friday, November 18) – Yesterday evening, Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson hosted a Telephone Townhall for the 30^th congressional district in Texas. The Congresswoman provided an opportunity for a two-way dialogue on the economy, job creation, new student loan payment programs, and more.

Over 3,200 people dialed-in during the one hour session to hear from the Congresswoman. “I was delighted to speak with the constituents in Dallas on the issues that mattered most to them. The Telephone Townhalls encourage transparent questions and open expression,” stated Congresswoman Johnson.
